Taiji Program                                           

Single form of Taiji (60mins, fundamental and middle level)

The course suits for beginners and students who has had less than 10 classes.

We divide traditional Taiji into several single moves to make it easy to learn.

The trainer teaches one or two moves in a class. By repeating practices of each move, you can begin to feel the Qi in Taiji, the circulation getting fast, a little sweaty, and eventually get a comfortable experience of Taiji practice.  

 

Single form Taiji combination  (60mins, fundamental and middle level)

The course suits for beginners and students who has had more than 10 classes.

On the basis of Single form of Taiji, students can combine the 10 sets of Taiji quan, which they have learned, enforcing its coherence and fluency. Students begin to feel the essence of Taiji, such as stretching, gravity moving, consistence of movement and combining force and mercy.

 

15 forms Taiji quan (60mins, fundamental and middle level)

The class suits for beginners.

The lesson is a traditional Taiji quan lesson. It starts from learning “hand-eyes-body-movements-steps”, demand the accuracy of each movement.

This class challenge beginners a lot.

 

16 forms Taiji quan60mins:      

The class suits for beginners and students having some lessons.

The 16 forms Taiji, has a simple format, but it also gets the essence of Taiji quan. It focuses on adjusting breath, connecting different parts of body, relaxing and balancing the body and the environment.

It combines essence of Taiji and fashion elements of current society.

 

Martial Arts class

Five steps health keeping exercise

This class focuses on preserving students’ health of body and mind. By practicing the five steps and its combination, the body stretch symmetrically and circulation is stimulated. The lesson is very suitable for middle age students for its preserving health effect.

 

Inner force and practical combat

This class is suitable for beginners

It is a course combining practical combat and health preserving.

Learning to find connection between different acupuncture points, stretch your bones and get the correct way of using force is what you can learn in this class. It will also awake students’ potential power, and give them more challenges.

 

Single form Tong Bei boxing

Tong Bei boxing is a kind of martial arts, which focuses on practical combat. Students can learn how to relax bones and muscles, therefore get the correct method of using your physical force.

Learning this class, you can see yourself getting strong conspicuously.

 

Fundamental Martial Arts

Suitable for kids, young men and also beginners

Leaning standard Martial Arts, to exercise the flexibility, resistance and explosive force of students.

 

 

Zhong Martial Arts Space also provides Chinese traditional culture program, including calligraphy, ink-wash, and Xun.
